Just got back from my friend Christey’s house (aka. Fotocuisine) where we quite successfully re-created the Army of Darkness, Book of the Dead in cake form (aka. Necronomicon Cake) for her son’s 14th birthday! This is definitely not something they teach you in the Wilton Cake decorating classes! I was quite surprised how easy this cake was, and how utterly realistic it looked. Our young ones (4 and younger) were fascinated with the ‘evil book’ and had 100s of questions about it.More pictures to follow from Christey and then I’ll write a more thorough step by step process. Hail to the king, baby!
