Bruce Campbell talks 'Evil Dead' (EW Exclusive): 'Stay tuned for the Hologram version'

To a certain segment of EW readers — you know who you are — the name Bruce Campbell is synonymous with “Ash”, the wise-cracking, chainsaw-wielding character he brought to life in the awesome trilogy of Evil Dead films. In the years since Spider-man director Sam Raimi cut his teeth with the first Evil Dead back in 1981, Campbell has snowballed into a cult-movie legend. Heroic, hilarious, and haunted by hell, Campbell’s onscreen alterego is right up there in the horror-nerd pantheon with Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, and Michael Myers. With one big difference: Ash is a good guy. As is the man who played him, it turns out. Campbell was kind enough to sit down and answer some of our most-pressing (and impertinent) questions on the eve of the original Evil Dead‘s debut on Blu-Ray earlier this week.
