You get the chainsaw arm, sawed off shotgun (its a painted dart gun toy from wal-mart and does come with its original orange tip for legal/safety purposes), sheath, gauntlet arm (great option for keeping you in character when you cannot wear your chainsaw arm around the party the whole time), battledamaged shirt.
