“Because Strike.tv originated partially as a fundraiser to help Hollywood crewmembers who were affected by the writers’ strike, and because it was somewhat of a spec venture, everyone who worked on DANGEROUS WOMEN volunteered their time. Yes, you heard it right! And everyone involved was a professional working in the film and television industry, so we had an extremely talented and devoted group. We shot six episodes, each running approximately four-six minutes, in five days on five different locations. Everything ran very smoothly—with the exception of the power outage in the warehouse where we shot the battle scene, which made for a pretty challenging day! But the best thing about the project was being able to act again with Betsy and Theresa—we hadn’t done that together since the original EVIL DEAD."
