Bruce Campbell To Host New RIPLEY’S BELIEVE IT OR NOT Series

From dreadcentral.com:

It looks like Bruce Campbell’s days on TV aren’t over as Bruce Campbell announced that he will be hosting a brand new Ripley’s Believe It Or Not series on the Travel Channel later this year!

During the Times Square NYE festivities, Campbell told host Allison Hagendorf, “As an actor I’ve always been draw towards stuff that’s a little more out there, a little more fantastical. As a kid I read the Ripley books. …I’m here to announce officially we’re bringing back Ripley as a television show. I’m hosting for Travel Channel.”

This is fantastic news both for fans of the original series, which last ran in the early ’00s with host Dean Cain, and for those who love Campbell, whose series Ash vs Evil Dead was cancelled by STARZ after its third season.
