At 57, actor Bruce Campbell is reprising his role from the “Evil Dead” films. This time it’s for the Starz television network’s “Ash vs. Evil Dead.” He also plays Sam Axe on USA network’s “Burn Notice.” Mr. Campbell is the father of four children from two marriages and best-selling author of “If Chins Could Kill: Confessions of a B Movie Actor.”
