Until Dawn is Sony’s new horror game in the vein of Evil Dead, check out its awesome trailer

It’s looking like a good year for horror fans – along with Mikami’s The Evil Within, the upcoming Resident Evil HD remake and Hideo Kojima’s newly announced Silent Hills, Sony took the opportunity to re-announce another horror game at Gamescom – the previously teased Until Dawn.

And while most Horror games have largely borrowed from either traditional Adventure game mechanics or Resident Evil‘s Survival Horror mechanics, Until Dawn looks like it will take a different approach – in fact it looks a lot like an interactive Horror film of the Cabin Slasher variety.
