Let's get one thing straight: The Sam Raimi that most of you know, that warm, fuzzy auteur responsible for the massive cash pile-producing "Spider-Man" and "Spider-Man 2," is not my Sam Raimi.
No, dear reader, to me the real Sam Raimi is the guy who had Bruce Campbell hack off his arm, replace it with a chain saw and do battle with evil in the first two "Evil Dead" movies, then completely kicked out the stops with "Army of Darkness" and, in one movie, gave us enough iconic scenes and lines to fill up science fiction convention trivia nights for decades.
